Working in the technology recruitment market in Brisbane since 2019, Caitlin holds experience recruiting across all IT verticals in the public and private sector. Focusing in strategy & transformation, her background as a generalist technology recruiter means she understands the full IT picture which she applies to her specialist area. This includes the full spectrum of delivery-focused roles across Program, Project, Product, Change, Analysis and Architecture. Caitlin has built strong partnerships with small, medium and large enterprise businesses to help build high-performing, collaborative project teams from the ground up.
