I joined the recruitment industry in 2015 bringing with me 10 years customer service and team management experience in the fashion retail space. With my prior experience, it was only natural that I specialised in Retail Management with a focus on Store Managers and Multi-site Managers where I spent 2 years working for a boutique agency in Sydney. Mid 2017 I made the move into the digital space with SustainDigital where my focus is across Digital Marketing professionals, more specifically content, social, search and optimisation. I am passionate about the ever-evolving digital space and increasing my knowledge in the industry which I do by attending courses, workshops and conferences; but mostly by meeting clients and candidates over a coffee and really getting to know them and chatting about the crazy and exciting world that digital is!
