I started my career focusing primarily on employee engagement and recruitment in a start-up outsourcing firm. I further developed my skills in customer engagement and project coordination within the education industry. In my previous experiences, I found that I enjoy building communities for like-minded professionals to help them be the best versions of themselves. My current role as a Client Services Associate at a recruitment firm in Melbourne, Australia, allows me to connect candidates to their dream teams and roles and to find creative ways to keep getting better at it.
