Since moving into recruitment I have found a passion for developing relationships through creating a personalised approach and adding value to organisations and candidates by offering trusted advice and solutions to help them achieve and exceed their business and career goals. Prior to commencing my career in recruitment, I recognised that all of my roles and ones where I thrived were customer or client-facing. Having been exposed to over 10 years of experience in business-to-consumer and business-to-business sales across multiple industries it was a natural progression to move into sales recruitment.
