Ben is one of three Co-Founders and Director of Method Recruitment Group. He set up this business to align to my vision of changing the reputation of the recruitment industry. Our consultants are true specialists in Technology, Finance, Sales & Marketing where we have hired industry or technical specialists to delivery a high quality of service. Our methods have disrupted the recruitment markets in Australia growing from 3 founding members to a workforce of 35+ employees over the last few years. Our goal is to partner with candidates and clients for the long term and step away from the transactional nature of the industry to focus on business strategies to attract the best talent. The way we demonstrate this is by not utilising the traditional methods like advertising so we are searching in the passive markets and building a network that you may not have access to. Ben is passionate about everyone's career, the business model supports career growth and he enjoys seeing people develop over the long term. Outside of work Ben has two young son’s which keeps him busy, and when he is not at work you’ll see him supporting the Tigers at the ‘G!
