Aya initially joined Fuse as a Recruitment Resourcer and has since progressed into a Senior Recruitment Consultant role within the Manufacturing team. She comes from a Science background and is also experienced in Human Resource Management, where she is able to leverage her qualifications and technical experience. Aya is passionate about HR processes from the initial candidate search through to onboarding and staff retention. Being skilled in talent acquisition, attraction and retention, clients also appreciate Aya’s knowledge of employer branding, employment legislation and awards, training and development, retrenchment processes, redeployment, and diversity and inclusion.
