I started in recruitment in 2003 and I still love it! I now get to watch a team of Consultants strive to achieve their goals no matter how big or small. My role now focusses on supporting each consultant and ensuring they progress, whether that be through career progression or through training, coaching and mentoring. It's fun and rewarding (I’m part counsellor, manager, friend all rolled into one) and maybe now that I’m a mum this appeals to my maternal instinct. I love that at Source we want people to be the best they can be, honestly, truly and passionately.
