I set up Pontis People in 2024, focusing on the New Zealand design engineering market. I started recruitment in 2013 in London. Moved to New Zealand in 2015 and I have been recruiting for Structural and Building Services Engineers since 2016. I joined Archway Recruitment in 2018 until 2024.
