My recruitment journey commenced in 2014, working with a globally renowned entity as a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on creating partnerships via strategic workforce management initiatives. This exposure provided me with a greater sense of appreciation for the critical role recruitment plays within any organisation. To further my understanding of recruitment, I progressed into an end-to-end recruitment consultant role, focusing on an area I am truly passionate about – technology! I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with incredibly talented individuals (and continue to do so!) and support innovative organisations in enhancing the capability of their Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management practices. In an effort to provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients alike and to strengthen my understanding of commercial operations, I am combining full-time employment with part-time study and am on track to complete my Bachelor of Business degree by 2021. In my spare time, you won’t find me playing football, soccer or anything which involves any complex movements. Shamefully, I don’t have the best hand-eye coordination skills. Instead, you’ll find me on hikes, runs and exploring local eateries and bars.
