Our recruitment process includes meeting with the client, organizational overview, advertising, interviewing and short-listing, computer literacy assessments, background checks, position descriptions, employment agreements, interview coaching and psychometric testing. We recruit across a broad range of sectors and roles and are well versed in working with kaupapa Maori organisations, community and not-for-profit organisations.
