Ethical Hire, previously known as MCH Employment, was founded in 2019 to empower individuals with disabilities by helping them secure meaningful employment across various fields, including hospitality, information technology, and property. Over the years, we have expanded our services to deliver high-quality recruitment for support work, aged care, allied health, nursing, and administrative roles, as well as labor hire. Through strong partnerships with registered service providers, we have connected over 1100 individuals with families and communities, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. As we grow, our goal is to expand our service to the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne and beyond, offering recruitment solutions. We have expanded our expertise to include recruitment services for skilled talent in Aged Care, Allied Health, and Healthcare, as well as administrative roles such as Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Marketing, and other essential positions.
